Help us cultivate an engineering mentality in schools through our "Try Engineering" campaign using the participation in the World Solar Challenge.

The Solar Spirit Project Team plans to develop products, technologies and skills for South Australia to compete in global markets. It's activities encompass initiatives such as;

• Research and development partnerships with industry to enable production of commercially ready products for the manufacture of the plug-in electric vehicles.
• Provide engineering students with R & D skills to develop innovative solutions in a world class learning environment and become an asset to any future emplyer.
• Manufacture the most efficient solar electric vehicle in the 2009 WSC
