So when Gerry Jordans from SA TAFE asked for our help with the Solar Spirit Project, we could hardly say no. After all, Gerry’s project is all about making a difference. Gerry is one of those infectious leaders who, by their sheer dogged determination, make things happen. As a company whose interest is in developing leadership qualities and capabilities from the shop floor, how could we resist the opportunity to work with someone who shows how it’s done?

We have the core expertise in planning, scoping and project management which Gerry needed to get the project moving and to draw others in. Gerry had the vision and energy. We’ve been delighted to see how our help has been part of enabling an innovative project like this one, go ahead in South Australia.
